The space station was constructed by\u00a0Bajoran<\/a>\u00a0slave<\/a>\u00a0labor overseen by the\u00a0Cardassians<\/a>\u00a0in\u00a0orbit<\/a>\u00a0of\u00a0Bajor<\/a>\u00a0during their\u00a0occupation of the planet<\/a>.
